Our company has partnered with a Lending Service Provider (LSP) under the brand Kredito24 to provide digital lending services. In line with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Digital Lending Guidelines, 2025, all relationships with Kredito24 are fully governed by an agreement that clearly defines the roles, responsibilities and accountabilities of each party.
Kredito24 supports us in the following areas:
- Customer acquisition through digital platforms
- Initial assessment of applications
- Loan servicing
- Interaction with borrowers
However, all responsibility for lending operations, transparency of terms, data protection and compliance with legislation remains with our company as a regulated entity.
